Skype not working ....

There is good and bad news... 

The bad news is, that the latest "Dark" version of Skype no longer gives third party companies (like us) access to use Skype. 
This is unfortunate since the Call Recorder relies on this feature. 

The good news is, that you can still download an older version of Skype for Desktop. 

Skype for Mac :
First, uninstall the existing installation of Skype by dragging the icon to the trash can and emptying it.

Then download Skype vers. 7.59 here and install it.
Be sure to turn off the automatic update, to prevent the problem in the future. 

Skype for Windows 
First, uninstall the existing installation of Skype by going into your Control Panel and use the "Add/remove program" or "Uninstall or change a program" function (depending on Windows version).

Then download Skype vers. 7.40 here and install it.
Be sure to turn off the automatic update, to prevent the problem in the future.

But, I like the new Skype!
